The land is located in the East side of Bucharest, and 5 km from the motorway exit.
The land is divided in 37 plots for building 37 vacation houses, for which we already have a PUZ (Urbanistic Zonal Plan).
The maximul building height at the moment is GR+Attic, but it can be increased up to GR+2 if detailed urbanistic plans are made and approved.
